Brady McKinlay Continues Streak, Wins Argentina National Amateur Championship

Canadian golfer Brady McKinlay continued his impressive winning streak by winning the Argentina National Amateur Championship on Sunday. The Lacombe-based golfer won the four-round championship at the Martindale Country Club in Buenos Aires with impressive scores of 62, 67, 66 and 34 to finish 23-under-par.

The week before McGinley’s win, he teamed up with teammate Felix Bouchard to win the Teilhard Cup for Canada. His impressive performance in Argentina further cemented his status as a rising star in amateur golf.

Despite the weather shortening the final round to nine holes, McGinley kept his composure and carded a 34 to seal the title. He took a 15-stroke lead into the final round, proving his dominance throughout the tournament.

McGinley’s recent success concluded a two-week trip to Argentina where he showcased his exceptional talent on the international stage. His impressive ranking of 287th among all men’s golfers in the World Amateur Golf Ranking further highlights his potential as a future professional star.
